Dolemite: I think it would be a good idea to have a chat setup with those you plan on making mods. Also, a admin/mod only forum would be a good idea. That way information can be passed down as it needs, and problems can be escalated directly.

shit i've been slack but yeah new years resolution would be to live here more, gonna get all the mod access sorted out this weekend and get a moderators forum up. Welcome back fab!

Yeah I am gonna come here once a day at least, obviously the more regular posters the more likely th site will grow and hopefully will motivate Dolemite to keep on developing the site :)

A mod forum would be good. Also, give us an idea to kick around some dev ideas for the site. There seems to be a decent collection talent here. Between at least Dolemite, Pink, and myself, we should be able to turn out a pretty nice website. I added Dolemite to Trillian/gAIM, but so far I haven't seen him on.
