Example: One night my roommate came home VERY drunk after loosing his kids to his ex-wife. It's now been 4 days and he hasn't left his room. I'm not sure how well he is doing but the smell is getting pretty bad now. I thought about checking in on him after the second day, but the door was and still is locked. I think he may be dead but we were dealing from the house so I can't call the authorities. If he really is dead, I wouldn't be able to pay for next months rent anyway, so I'm thinking of just skipping town and letting the land lord deal with the problem.
