Hi!
I did three years of I.T. type crap in the Army, and two in the civillian sector, right before the big dot com crash, and now when I talk to placement people and staffing agencies, I make it a point to mention that I am absolutely NOT looking for I.T. work, thank you very much.
It's great to see there's a whole bunch of us.
These days, I'm looking at an admin assistant position (I have an interview today, in fact), but my main goal is to go back to school and get a degree in mass communications, with the long term goal of getting an A.C.E. and doing video production (read: my REAL dream is to do special effects in Hollywood, but let's be realistic, here).
Anyway, I'm not a big fan of "I'm new here" threads, but this place looks to be pretty new, so why not?
